🧾 Required Documents Checklist #
1. Business Verification #
These confirm your legal entity and ownership:
- W-9 Form
- Articles of Incorporation or Business License
- EIN confirmation (IRS letter or filed tax return)
- Owner’s Government-Issued ID (driver’s license or passport)
2. Banking Verification #
To confirm your business account for deposits:
- Voided Business Check
- Bank Letter or account confirmation (optional)
- Last 3 Months of Business Bank Statements
3. Financial & Receivables Data #
To analyze cash flow and invoice eligibility:
- Most Recent Business Tax Return (if available)
- Aging Accounts Receivable Report (last 90 days)
- Recent Invoices (including the one you want funded)
- Buyer (Debtor) Information
- Company name, contact person, phone, and email
- Proof of completed work or delivery
4. Signed Documents (E-Sign) #
These are provided after approval for e-signature:
- Factoring & Security Agreement
- Continuing Guaranty (if applicable)
- Notification of Assignment (NOA)
- Certificate of Company Resolutions

- You can also email them directly to your assigned Factor & Fund representative.
- Only send files from your company email domain for security (no Gmail/Yahoo).

No, but funding won’t begin until the full package is submitted and verified.
Can I submit personal bank statements?
No. We require business bank statements that match your company name and EIN.
