1. Prepare Your Invoice Package #
Each submission should include:
- A copy of the customer invoice (must show your logo, invoice number, and terms).
- Make sure you add “Remit to: F&F” on your invoice.
- Proof of delivery or service completion, such as:
- Signed delivery receipt (POD)
- Email confirmation from buyer
- Work completion form or timesheet
- Any related purchase order (PO) or contract reference.

2. Send Your Invoices #
You can submit invoices in one of two ways:

Log into your secure portal or document link provided during onboarding.

Factor & Fund will:

Once verified, the invoice is approved for funding, usually within hours.
4. Funding Advance Released #
After approval:
- You receive up to 95% of the invoice value.
- The funds are wired or ACH-deposited into your business account.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email summarizing the transaction.
